Pack your bags and get ready to discover the imperial cities with this circuit to Morocco from Malaga. During 5 days we will visit Fez, Marrakech, Casablanca, Meknes and Rabat, the ancient capitals of the kingdom of Morocco.
- Day 1 (Fri.) COSTA DEL SOL – TARIFA – TANGIER – RABAT – CASABLANCA
We will pick you up on the Costa del Sol and depart for Tarifa, where we will board the ferry crossing to Tangier, on the African continent. From Tangier, we will continue our journey to Rabat, the administrative capital, one of Morocco’s imperial cities and the official residence of the royal family. We’ll have time to enjoy lunch en route (not included in the tour price). In Rabat, we’ll visit its most iconic sites, such as the Hassan Tower, the unfinished mosque that dominates a vast esplanade with more than 200 columns, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, built in memory of the sultan who gained the country’s independence, where the Royal Guard, dressed in striking ceremonial attire, stand watch on horseback at the entrance to the monument. We’ll finish with a stroll through the Kasbah of the Oudayas, with its whitewashed houses, blue doors, and splendid views over the Bouregreg River.
The journey continues toward the majestic Lady of the Atlantic: Casablanca. Modern, elegant, and full of life, this cosmopolitan city welcomes us with its unique energy, where past and present intertwine between the ocean and its grand boulevards. Dinner and overnight stay at a first-class hotel, perfect for relaxing after this first experience in the lands of the Maghreb.
- Day 2 (Sat.) CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH
After breakfast at the hotel, we will enjoy a panoramic tour of Casablanca to discover its most attractive sights. We’ll drive along the Anfa Boulevard, visit the United Nations Square, and admire the Great Hassan II Mosque, second in size only to Mecca. Here, we’ll stop to view the monument from the outside and have some free time to take photos.
We’ll then depart for Marrakech, located between the Atlas Mountains and the pre-desert region. Dinner and overnight stay at a comfortable hotel. The evening is free to start savoring the magic of the Red City under the stars.
After breakfast, we’ll embark on a fascinating day exploring Marrakech — the Red City — where the Almoravid imperial legacy lives on among palaces, gardens, and minarets.
We’ll visit the sumptuous Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Andalusian architecture whose decorated halls and courtyards tell stories of power and seduction. We’ll continue to the serene Menara Gardens, a symbol of harmony and balance, before admiring the elegance of the Koutoubia Mosque, whose silhouette recalls its twin in Seville, the Giralda.
In the medina, we’ll lose ourselves in the lively souks, where the aroma of spices, the colors of fabrics, and the rhythm of artisans create a unique atmosphere. Finally, we’ll reach the legendary Jemaa el Fna Square — a living stage where every moment is a spectacle of storytellers, musicians, acrobats, and snake charmers that embody the soul of Marrakech. Lunch at a local restaurant is included.
Afternoon at leisure to continue exploring at your own pace or simply enjoy the city’s enchanting atmosphere. Overnight stay at the hotel.
- Day 4 (Mon.) MARRAKECH – MOHAMMEDIA – TANGIER
After breakfast, we bid farewell to Marrakech — that reddish gem wrapped in light and memory. Its ochre walls fade in the distance, but its vibrant spirit remains with us like an indelible echo.
We’ll head north and make a stop in Mohammedia, a peaceful coastal town where the Atlantic gently kisses the shore. You’ll have free time to stroll along the seaside promenade or enjoy lunch by the sea, savoring the region’s freshest seafood.
We’ll then continue to Tangier, the gateway between Africa and Europe, where our final night in Morocco awaits. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Those who wish may take a walk along the lively boulevard or simply rest, letting the emotions and memories of the journey settle in the heart.
- Day 5 (Tue.) TANGIER – TARIFA – COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to Tangier’s port to board the ferry back to Spain. Finally, we’ll arrive at the Costa del Sol, where our Morocco circuit from Málaga concludes.
