Description

Pack your bags and get ready to discover the imperial cities with this circuit to Morocco from Malaga. During 5 days we will visit Fez, Marrakech, Casablanca, Meknes and Rabat, the ancient capitals of the kingdom of Morocco.

  • 1st Day (Fri.) COSTA DEL SOL – TARIFA – TANGIER – CASABLANCA

We will pick you up on the Costa del Sol (Málaga) and leave for Tarifa, to board the ferry that will take us to Tangier, on the African continent. From Tangier, we will continue our trip to Casablanca, the industrial and economic capital. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

  • 2nd Day (Sat.) CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH

We will have breakfast at the hotel and then we will make a panoramic visit to see the most attractive points of the city. We will visit the Anfa boulevard, the Plaza de las Naciones and the great mosque of Hassan II, from the outside.

Then we will leave for Marrakech, between the Atlas Mountains and the pre-desert zone. In this city we will visit the Koutoubia Tower, twin of La Giralda in Seville, the Saadian Tombs and the Bahía Palace. We will walk through the medina, the souks and the magical Jma El Fna square, full of fortune tellers, snake charmers, acrobats and dancers.

Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Optionally, you can enjoy a dinner and show at “Fantasia Chez Ali”.

  • 3rd Day (Sun.) MARRAKECH –RABAT- FEZ

After breakfast we will leave for Rabat, the administrative capital, another of the imperial cities and official residence of the royal family. We will visit its most key points.

We will continue to Fez, the most monumental of the Imperial Cities. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

  • 4th Day (Mon.) FEZ

We will have breakfast at the hotel and during the morning we will visit Fez, passing through the 7 gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter or Mellah and the Bab Bou Jelous gate. In addition, we will take a walk through its magnificent Medina or old city, declared a World Heritage Site.

The afternoon will be free, at your disposal. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Optional dinner with show.

  • 5th Day (Tues.) FEZ – TANGIER – COSTA DEL SOL

After breakfast at the hotel we will leave for Tangier, heading to the port to board the ferry back to Spain. Finally we will arrive at the Costa del Sol, where the circuit to Morocco from Malaga will end.

Note that

  • To issue travel insurance (included in the tour), all reservations must indicate for each passenger, the following information: Name / Surname / Passport Number, ID or Identification Card / Date of issue / Expiration date / Nationality / Date of Birth. Reservations cannot be formalized without providing all the required information.
  • It is essential to have the necessary documentation to enter Morocco (Passport and visa in case of nationalities that require it). In Morocco you must pass customs control with your luggage.

Our hotels are carefully chosen and selected. All rooms have a private bathroom/shower.

The accommodation in 4* will be as follows:

  • Fez: H. Heritage / H. Zalagh Parc Palace

    • If there is no availability in the aforementioned hotels, these will be replaced by a similar category. The final hotels will be confirmed in advance of the tour departure.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 21 days before the activity with 100% refund / Between 21 and 10 days: 85 % refund/ Between 9 and 5 days: 75 % refund / Less than 5 days, late arrival or no show: no refund will be provided.

Maravilloso el acompañante que tuvimos durante todo el viaje (Refuan o Ridwan) Un 10 para él.Los lugares que conocí fueron espectaculares y me gustó mucho conocer una cultura diferente a la mía. Realmente y sin dudas vale la pena hacer este circuito. Altamente recomendable!!!

Very good trip, well thought out and planned, with excellent landmarks, sight seeing and immersion in local culture. Tour guide very knowledgeable and providing valuable insights in local culture and way of life. Overall very accommodating staff and good hotels and restaurants. Border crossing into Morocco and the ferry experience are somewhat challenging as it is an individual affair and not well organized. The overall experience could be improved by having a dedicated tour guide responsible for the border crossing into Morocco, who actually takes care of waiting in the long line and passport processing on the ferry. Crossing back into Spain was easy enough. There might be better ferry lines, but probably more expensive.

Nos ha tocado viajar con el guia Soussy y él ha hecho de conocer Marruecos, toda una experiencia. Lo que considero que hubiera facilitado el viaje es que fuera pensión completa, puesto que para realizar las comidas que no estaban incluidas, no teníamos mas opción que hacerlas en el restaurante que estaba reservado en el tour, por lo que, si no hay otra opción, pues haberlo incluido! Además el lío de que en algunos no aceptaban mas que moneda local. También me hubiera gustado poder disfrutar de las comodidades de los hoteles que son fabulosos, pero apenas llegábamos a cenar, ya que a las 22:30 todas las actividades cierran. El resto, ha sido estupendo!
