2. About the site


In compliance with Law 34/2002, Electronic Commerce Law and Book IV of R.D.L. 1/2007, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, especially its title II, articles 159 and 160, we inform that, the website www.nattivus.com (henceforth, the Website) belongs to the Nattivus Experience CB (Nattivus), autonomous company based in Teide, 16. Fresno de Torote, Madrid, Spain, with Fiscal Identification Number. E87572012 and CICMA nº 3462. Nattivus is an online platform to offer and book activities, tickets and services (henceforth activities) in the field of tourism, culture and leisure in general.

Nattivus has all permits and licences necessary for the carrying out the activities in question. We work with a wide range of suppliers throughout Spain, selected according to strict reliability and quality criteria, considering we opt for eco-friendly tourism and environmentally friendly with no animal abuse.

3. Using the website


Nattivus is intended for your own personal, non-commercial use and to make legitimate requests for booking activities. Therefore you agree not to use the website for speculative, false or fraudulent booking and to use services and content in accordance with the law and with the terms and conditions of the products Nattivus offers at any time.

By using our site you declare that you are of age (over 18) and you have legal capacity to book the services offered by Nattivus in accordance with established legal conditions, which you understand and accept.

It is your responsibility to provide your details correctly on the website, and you must pay particular attention regarding the introduction of data concerning documents, and the names of other people, verifying that they match the details found on their ID or passport. Nattivus is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided nor the legal consequences and associated expenses which any misuse may cause.

On all bookings, the person making the booking will be considered to have accepted these conditions on behalf of other people involved.

4. Nattivus Content


All content, trademarks, logos, drawings etc. listed on the page are protected by intellectual and industrial property are expressly reserved by Nattivus or, where appropriate, by the persons or companies listed as the authors or right holders. Any violation of these rights will be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation.

Reproduction, use, modification, distribution or public communication by any means of some or all of the contents of the Website (including text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) for uses other than legitimate information or booking of the activities offered is prohibited.

You may contribute to the content of our website, for example, by publishing comments which express your experience on the activities in which you participated and/or rating any aspect thereof, accepting full responsibility and the risks associated with such content or other information provided, distributed, added, included, linked to or otherwise placed on the Website, including confidence by third parties on their veracity or usefulness and any self-disclosure of information that identifies you personally.

The personal data supplied in the activity booking process through our website will be incorporated into a database under the ownership of Nattivus, ensuring compliance with its obligation of confidentiality of personal data and the duty of keeping it confidential. To this end, Nattivus will take the necessary measures to prevent any alteration, loss, or unauthorised access, taking into account the current state of technology in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in Spain regarding the protection of personal data.

You also agree that personal data supplied in the process of buying our products are incorporated into a database owned by Nattivus, in order to adequately provide the requested service, comply with the companys billing, accounting and auditing requirements, statistical analysis, verification of credit cards and other payment cards, and commercial communications via email about other products sold through the Website and which Nattivus considers may be of interest. Similarly, for the necessary provision of services, you agree that Nattivus will send your personal data to the providers of any products you have booked, including third parties with which you have booked activities.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


You agree that Spanish law is that which applies to these conditions. The Courts of the city of Madrid are competent and can hear the differences arising from the interpretation or application of this clause.
