Description

We are going on a Tenerife to La Gomera day trip to visit the Garajonay National Park! A day awaits us between volcanic mountains and dense forests with an abundance of ferns and centuries-old trees. Will you join us?

We will begin La Gomera day trip form Tenerife picking you up at your accommodation (or near place), to transfer to Puerto de Los Cristianos, where we will board a ferry to San Sebastian de La Gomera.

Upon arrival on the island of La Gomera, we will be transferred by bus to the Garajonay Park, a natural area full of impressive vegetation of more than 50 tree species, cloud and high forest.

We will begin to enter the forests of Garajonay, one of the great laurel forests in the world thanks to the humidity of this ecosystem and its trade winds, which has the distinction of Heritage of Humanity by Unesco. The magical places will captivate us completely and we will stop at some of its viewpoints to see them fully.

We will arrive at La Laguna Grande , the park's recreational area, where we will have time to take a walk through the dense forests that surround it and listen to the mysterious legends of witches and covens that surround this place.

We will also take a stop on the way to see the Roque de Agando , one of the natural symbols of the island, of volcanic origin.

In the town of Agulo we will have lunch in a typical Gomeran restaurant, where they will also give us a sample of the Gomeran whistle, a curious and typical language that is still used by the inhabitants of the island.

Back to San Sebastian of La Gomera, the guide will explain the details of its main monuments such as the Church of the Assumption, the Chapel of San Sebastián or the Torre del Conde.

In the port of the city we will board the ferry back to Puerto de los Cristianos in Tenerife, from which we will travel to your hotel to end this Tenerife to La Gomera day trip.

Single payment: The payment of the total amount will be made at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted on the day of the visit.
