Seville to go to
Italica, located just 10 minutes by car outside of Sevilla. There we make a stop to visit the Roman Amphitheater in the oldest roman city of Spain.
After our visit we will proceed to the biosphere reserve Dehesas de Sierra Morena. This natural area offers you the chance to see some of the bulls used for bullfighting and the Iberian pigs that provides the famous Iberiam Jam.
The tour will then continue to the town of Aracena where we will visit the Castle and Church. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Gruta de las Maravillas (the Cave of Wonders).
Aracena belongs to the Natural Mountain Park of Aracena and the Aroche Peaks, an area of great environmental value declared a Bisosphere Reserve by Unesco.
We will explore its main attraction, the spectacular Cave of Wonders (La Gruta de las Maravillas). A source of inexhaustible beauty, forged by time on the nature, by the fusion of simple water and stone elements has created a strange, subterranean landscape which fires the imagination. Its 12 caverns contain long corridors, stalactites and stalagmites arranged in wonderful patterns, and stunning underground lagoons create a magical and wonderful landscape.
Other places we will visit are the Peña de Arias Montano where we are able to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view over the valley. We will finish the tour driving through the Rio Tinto mines and its amazing man-made landscape.
