Note that

  • Visitors must be duly informed that they must be documented with a passport, identity card, etc. , at the beginning of the tour and it will be obligatory to show it to the Alhambra staff if they require to do so, if the visitor does not bring it, he/she will not be able to access the monument's space.
  • Please note there are two visiting sessions: morning (08:30 to 14:00) and afternoon (14:00 to 20:00). Your ticket could be at any time, depending on availability.

  • Time of entry to Nasrid Palaces will be printed on your skip the line ticket.
  • This ticket is skip the line for the Alhambra main entrance only; the Nasrid Palaces have limited capacity and the entrance is regulated.
  • You must return the audio guide within 24 hours to the meeting point.
  • Audio guide languages: English and Spanish.
  • Children under 12 have not included the audio guide.

You must collect your Ticket and Audioguide Tourist Navigator GPS the day of your tour, between 8.30 to 9.30 (morning tour) and between 13.30 to 14.30 (afternoon tour) at the Granavisión “Welcome Visitor Centre” in the Alhambra, located just 100 meters from the Parking Number 1 on Paseo de Sabica Street 15, Granada.

Single payment: The payment of the total amount will be made at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted on the day of the visit.

Payment the day of the tour: A first payment of a percentage of the total will be required at the time of booking and the second payment of the remaining amount you will pay at the destination on the day of the activity, in cash or card, as indicated. Please note that only payments in local currency will be accepted (for example in Spain only EUROS will be accepted).

Payment in 2 installments: It will be necessary to pay a first payment of a percentage of the total amount when making the reservation. The second payment of the remaining amount must be made before the day of the activity, on the deadline indicated. In case of reaching this date and the pending amount has not been paid, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid initially will be refunded. Please note that this payment method is applied to reservations whose departure date is more than 30 days from the reservation date.
