We start Rioja Wine Tour from Bilbao with a direct departure to La Rioja, arriving in Haro, the capital of Rioja wine. Here we will visit CVNE, a centenary winery and emblematic of the region. Enjoy a guided tour of its most prominent facilities, including the barrel room designed by the renowned architect Gustave Eiffel and the historic underground cellars (cemetery), culminating with a wine tasting.

Next, we will take a walking tour through the historic center of Haro, strolling through the charming Plaza de la Paz. We will continue our journey to the Barrio de la Estación in Haro, famous for its concentration of centenary wineries, and head to the picturesque medieval village of Laguardia.

In Laguardia, you will enjoy a walk through its picturesque streets followed by a guided tour of a small traditional winery. Here, you will learn about the wine-making processes from a more intimate and familiar perspective.

Excelente excursión y una experiencia muy recomendable para quienes quieran conocer La Rioja de una manera cómoda, organizada y enriquecedora. Quiero destacar especialmente a nuestro guía, Unai, que hizo un trabajo sobresaliente durante toda la jornada. Además de transmitir información interesante sobre la región, estuvo siempre disponible para responder preguntas y brindar excelentes recomendaciones personalizadas sobre lugares para visitar, restaurantes, vinos y bodegas, no solo en La Rioja sino también en otras zonas del País Vasco. Su trato fue siempre amable, profesional y paciente. Incluso cuando algunos pasajeros solicitaron unos minutos adicionales para disfrutar y tomar fotografías en la Bodega Marqués de Riscal, hizo todo lo posible para atender esos pedidos. También demostró una gran consideración cuando hubo viajeros que regresaron con bastante retraso del horario de almuerzo previsto; lejos de generar tensión, se ocupó de localizarlos y esperarlos para que nadie quedara atrás. Mención especial también para el conductor, siempre puntual, profesional y dispuesto a colaborar para que el recorrido resultara cómodo y agradable para todos. La combinación de una región fascinante, una excelente organización y un equipo humano tan comprometido hizo que la experiencia superara mis expectativas.

El transporte fue cómodo y puntuales al momento de la recogida. El guía Estefan fue súper comunicativo y agradable. En todo momento, fue dando detalles de los lugares visitados ( Vitoria y Rioja ). Tuvimos el tiempo para hacernos fotos y comer, aunque nos gustaría un poco más de horas para disfrutar aún más estos sitios. En general, fue fabuloso esta excursión.
