Conditions of Booking
The following Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the conditions applicable when booking activities offered at www.nattivus.com, together with the Terms of use and Privacy Policy, which you must read and accept.

1. Acceptance of Conditions

Please carefully read all terms and conditions described below as, when using our Website and its services, you are expressly accepting them. These legal conditions are binding for both parties.

2. Bookings

To purchase the activities offered by Nattivus, you must follow the booking application process established at www.nattivus.com. In particular, please fill in the online booking form with the required personal data. You must review the information provided and correct any errors before confirming your reservation; once you click on the confirmation tab, you cannot change the details.

By completing this form, you are indicating that you have read and understood the Product Description and accept the Nattivus terms and conditions. We advise you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making your booking.

Once we receive your order, we will respond within 24 hours via email after completion of the booking questionnaire. Note that it is subject to availability, so making a booking does not guarantee confirmation. However, in the rare event we are unable to confirm your booking, we will offer alternative dates or other activities that may be of interest. If you are not satisfied with the options we offer, you can cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

In all cases you will be notified via the email provided.

3. Product Validity

All activities and prices offered by Nattivus are valid at the time of booking except in cases of obvious error.

We regularly review all the activities we offer to ensure that the details and prices listed on the Website are correct. However, there may be an error.

If Nattivus discovers errors in the activities that you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible of that error. If in this case you do not wish to accept the change, whenever possible, we will offer an alternative. If you are not satisfied with the alternatives we offer, you will have the option of cancelling and receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

Our suppliers sometimes make changes to their activities, such as dates, times, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, Nattivus, on behalf of its suppliers, reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any details of the activities at any time and for any reason.

Similarly, our suppliers reserve the right to make minor changes in the activities programmes if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances, without altering the essence of them or obliging us to provide a refund.

4. Changes and corrections

To request changes or corrections to your booking, write to info@nattivus.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to change or modify entries for a special event, museum, theatre or show. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be changed once the original purchase is confirmed.

All other requests for change of date or other modifications will be responded to but are not guaranteed, pending the availability of our suppliers.

5. Prices, inclusions and exclusions

The prices listed in Nattivus are per person unless otherwise stated and include VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Prices do not include tips, drinks, food or anything else not specifically included in the Includes section in the description of the activities.

6. Low Price Guarantee

Nattivus guarantees you the best price available at the time you make your booking. However, if you find a lower price offer in the same currency as the original purchase on the same dates, and under the same conditions and characteristics of the activity booked, we will match the price, refunding you the difference. The booking must be for a minimum of € 20.

This will require the submission of a complete and final budget (including all aspects of the booking: date, duration, participants, modality, management fees, etc.) issued the same day as the booking is made by another agency authorised to operate in Spain. Any additional discount because of membership in a particular group will be excluded.

To request a refund, send a message to info@nattivus.com with your name and booking number along with a proof of the lower price (receipt, price list, brochure, web address, screenshot of the website, etc.). Price difference refunds will be processed on the same credit or debit card used for the original booking.

7. Fees

You can pay for your activity using credit card or debit card or via PayPal. We accept any credit or debit card in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and all cards accepted by PayPal.

No payment processing charge or fees due to your booking will be applied unless through PayPal in which case we will charge an extra amount (you will be prompted at the time of payment) for administration fees.

If you pay for your reservation in a currency other than euros, your bank or card company may charge fees for converting your currency into euros, resulting in a difference between the amount charged by Nattivus and the final amount charged to your bank account or that which appears on your credit card or debit card statement.

Your financial data (i.e., credit card number or expiry date) will be processed securely via an SSL secure connection being used only for the purchasing process or for issuing refunds in the event of a cancellation.

If you do not pay for the reserved activity or revoke the payment, Nattivus will ignore any possible claim for services.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a reserved activity or request a refund, you must do so by sending an email to info@nattivus.com. After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation from Nattivus that your request has been received.

Note that cancellation operations may incur related expenses, according to the cancellation policy and that the refunds also will be possible according these conditions.

The cancellation policy of each activity is detailed on the description of the activity itself. The cancellation policy varies according to the terms of the partner who performs the activity.

However, if not specified on the page of the activity or there some obvious error in such cancellation policy, the cancellations and refunds will be governed according to the following cancellation policy:

. If you cancel up to 7 days prior to the activity date (Madrid time), we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

. Between 6 days and 72 hours prior to the activity date (Madrid time), 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

. Less than 72 hours prior to the activity date (Madrid time), 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

Nattivus, on behalf of its suppliers, may establish eligibility requirements in order to book activities. These are detailed in the description of each activity on the Website. It is your responsibility to meet these eligibility requirements. The provider reserves the right to exclude participants from certain activities who do not meet these conditions, excluding the possibility for any refund.

If you arrive late at the meeting point or if your participation may endanger or interfere with the proper conduct of the activity, the price paid will not be refunded.

In the rare event that Nattivus cannot confirm your booking or must cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount previously paid.

The refunds will be made between 24 and 48 hours from the cancellation of the activity through the payment method you've chosen to pay the booking.

Once given the order, refunds made by debit/credit card may take 5 to 7 business days to appear reflected in your bank account and up to 30 days in the case of some foreign cards. Refunds made by Paypal accounts become effective in less than 24 hours.

9. Extraordinary cancellation.

Nattivus and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel an activity without adherence to the booking cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances may endanger or make the activity impossible or much more difficult to carry out. In this case, we will propose another date for the completion of the activity or alternative activities that may be of interest. Where it is not possible to set another date or if this or other activities offered are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the booking amount, excluding the possibility for any compensation due to damages or other claims.

10. Voucher

Once we confirm your booking, you will receive by email a personalized Nattivus voucher which should be shown to the appropriate provider at the time of the activity. Your booking will be accepted only on presentation of a valid Nattivus voucher.

Nattivus accepts 3 types of voucher (we indicate which one you need under the details of each activity).

Printed Voucher: You must present your printed voucher to the supplier for the activity booked.

Electronic Voucher: Just show a copy of your voucher on your electronic device (mobile, tablet, etc.). In this case, the provider will accept both printed and electronic vouchers

Optional Voucher: You can present either a printed voucher or an electronic voucher for this activity or you may simply shown to the supplier the ID with which the booking was made.

The name and contact information of the corresponding service provider will be available on your voucher. Nattivus will provide electronic copies of vouchers corresponding to each booking. Note that each product has a separate voucher.

It is your responsibility to keep the corresponding voucher for your reservation and present it to the appropriate supplier before starting the activity. When submitting your voucher, valid photo identification is required. It can be invalidated if the above is not met.

11. Responsibility

It is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time bringing the voucher for your activity and the relevant identification documents, as well as to behave appropriately during the activity. Nattivus will not provide any type of compensation (including, but not limited to, refunds or assumption of any costs or expenses) which you incurred as a result of the early termination of the activity, by our supplier, due to a breach of the above.

If you cause any damage, you must repay the full cost of the damage caused to the person and/or company which has borne the brunt of the damages. Nattivus must be indemnified for the full amount of any claim made against the Website by any third party as a result of such damage.

Nattivus accepts no responsibility or liability for government restrictions, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, or any mishap or accident or force majeure or any other cause beyond its control which may prevent the activity booked from taking place. Our liability in all cases will be limited to a refund of the amount previously paid.

Offering activity bookings is no guarantee of availability. Nattivus' activities are subject to change, depending on a number of reasons such as weather conditions, customer-specific features among other things, whether they are due to force majeure or otherwise.

12. Changes and modifications

Policies and conditions in force at the time you use this page will be applicable unless any law or decision by governmental authority forces us to make changes retroactively to those policies or conditions. Nattivus reserves the right to revise and amend these conditions at any time without notice. We therefore recommend that you read them regularly to stay up to date with any changes.

Using Nattivus' services after any such changes and after having explicitly accepted the terms by connecting to the Website shall constitute your consent to such changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that Spanish law is that which applies to these conditions. The Courts of the city of Madrid are competent and can hear the differences arising from the interpretation or application of this clause.
