How does Nattivus work?
It is very easy to book an activity with Nattivus. In simple steps you'll be enjoying an authentic experience that will make your trip unforgettable.

  • Search by texting keywords or phrases in our browsers (find one on our home page and on the top of each page permanently have the mini bar finder). You can also search by "Places" and "Tours" tabs, located on the top bar of the page. To refine your search we have advanced filters to search by city, category, price and you can even arrange activities for its valuation, price, etc.

  • Book: With one click you can book amazing activities!
  • Click on the "Reserve Now" button, select the date, the number of participants and enter your data. Then select the payment method of your choice (Paypal or card) and .... ready! You just book an unforgettable experience.

  • Take the voucher of your booking you will receive by email and enjoy your experience.

    How do I make a reservation?
    Book activities with Nattivus is simple. Follow these steps:

    1. On the page where each activity is described appears the "Reserve Now" button. Click here, and a drop-down will appear to select the preferences of the activity (number of adults, children No, dates, type, language). To move to the next step please click the "Continue" button.

    2. A summary of the activity with the exact price will appear. If everything is correct, click on "Continue" to go to the next step.

    3. Enter traveler information: name, email, phone, etc. Click the "Continue"button. 4. Select a form of payment from Paypal or Visa / Mastercard. Pay with Nattivus is safe. Nattivus uses the SSL security protocol, so that only you and your card issuers will have access to these data.

    5. After completing the payment you will receive an email with the confirmation and your reservation voucher. Just show this voucher on the day of the activity.

    Is there another way to book than online?
    Nattivus is a service to make bookings online through the fully reliable website. Therefore, we can only accept bookings made online with a valid and authorized credit or debit card. Reservations are not accepted by fax, by phone or by other means.

    Nattivus uses the SSL security protocol, so that only you and your card issuers will have access to these data. Thanks to this encryption protocol, commercial transactions on the Internet are as reliable as purchases by telephone.

    However, you can email to info@nattivus.com to answer your questions at the moment of making reservations.

    Can I book an activity when I get there?
    Nattivus activities can only be booked online. It is recommended you book your tour online to guarantee your tour and avoid disappointment at destination.

    If you wish to wait and book at the destination, you will need to contact a local supplier once at that destination.

    Can I book more than one activity at a destination?
    You may book any number of activities available in any destination, depending upon your available time. If you are booking more than one tour in the same city, please allow sufficient time in between tours, to allow for traveling between departure points.
    Are there any discounts for booking more than one activity?
    Nattivus always tries to offer the lowest price in the activities, so we cannot offer discounts for booking more than one tour.
    Do you have discounts for seniors, children or others?
    Many activities have reduced prices for students, children, seniors, etc. These prices are indicated on the description of the activity.

    If on the description of the activity are not indicated these reduced prices, they cannot be applied. It is something that depends on the supplier of such activity.

    How I can know if there is availability for a tour?
    The availability of the tours varies depending on the type of activity and its supplier. If on the tour description is specified that you will receive an inmediately confirmation, you will know the availability of the tour at the moment of the booking. But if not, Nattivus has to check the availability with the supplier of the activity and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours maximum. Availability cannot be automatically checked prior to processing your reservation request.
    How do I ask a question about an activity before making a reservation?
    If you have any questions about an activity, please check the description of the activity and see if your answer is there. Otherwise, contact us by the contact form, let us a message or email us at info@nattivus.com.
    When I pay my booking?
    Payment of an activity is mandatory at the time of booking.
    What methods of payment do you accept?
    You can pay for your activity using credit card or debit card or via PayPal. We accept all major credit or debit cards in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, etc.) and all cards accepted by PayPal.

    No payment processing charge or fees due to your booking will be applied.

    Is my credit or debit card safe?
    Nattivus uses the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.
    I get error when trying to pay my booking, what I can do?
    Nattivus accepts all major credit or debit cards in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, etc.) and all cards accepted by PayPal. The booking process is completely automated and all credit card transactions are 100% secure.

    If your card is generating a consistent error, verify that your card has not expired. You may also contact the card issuer. Otherwise, we recommend you complete the booking using a different card or even change the method of payment.

    Can I pay in any currency?
    Yes you can. However, your bank may charge fees for converting your payment currency to euros and make the corresponding conversion under its criteria.
    When will I receive my booking confirmation?
    After booking, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation and the voucher.

    If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please check your email Spam folder or contact us at info@nattivus.com.

    I have not received the voucher, what I can do?
    If you do not receive the voucher within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your email Spam folder or contact us at info@nattivus.com.
    What do I do with the voucher?
    Check on the description of the activity if it requires a printed voucher, if electronic vouchers are accepted or simply do not need a voucher.

    Although we recommend you always print out and take with you a printed voucher, for activities in which electronic vouchers are accepted can simply present the voucher with your smartphone or other electronic device on the day of the activity.

    If your activity bonds are accepted only on paper, it is imperative that you print your bonus.

    A voucher is issued per booking and acts as proof of purchase. The voucher must be presented along with a valid ID Card at the start of your activity.

    I have no printer to print the voucher, what I can do?
    Contact us at info@nattivus.com and will advise on possible options.
    What do I do if I am delayed for my tour?
    Refer to the contact details indicated on your voucher and contact the local supplier for instructions. There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure.

    Nattivus recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes prior the departure time, whenever possible, as many activities cannot be refunded if you are delayed for the tour.

    Can I call the guide or local supplier for any question relating to my booking?
    Of course you can. Nattivus recommended that if you need to make an inquiry about your activity, you have trouble getting to the meeting point, among others, you contact your guide using the Local Supplier contact details that appear on your voucher.

    Can I change or amend my booking?
    It may be possible to amend your booking, with no extra charge. Please, email us at info@nattivus.com to provide us your booking number and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.

    Please note that acceptance of these changes is subject to the availability and cancellation policy of the local supplier, so they could not be guaranteed on some occasion. However, we will always offer you the best possible alternative.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation policy varies according to the terms of the supplier of the activity. The information about the cancellation policy of each activity are detailed on the description of the activity itself and in the voucher of your booking.
    I want to cancel a booking what do I do?
    If you have to cancel your booking, please, let us know by sending an email to info@nattivus.com. You will receive a refund depending on the cancellation policy of the activity you want to cancel.

    Information regarding the cancellation policy you can find it in the description of the activity and in the voucher of your booking.

    What if the activity is canceled by Nattivus and its partners?
    Nattivus and its partner reserves the right to cancel an activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances actions endanger exercise the tour or much more difficult.

    In this case you have two options:

    Nattivus and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel an activity without adherence to the booking cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances may endanger or make the activity impossible or much more difficult to carry out. In this case, we will propose another date for the completion of the activity or alternative activities that may be of interest. Where it is not possible to set another date or if this or other activities offered are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund of 100%

    How to get a refund?
    If you request a refund, you must do so by sending an email to info@nattivus.com. After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation from Nattivus that your request has been received. Please note, the refund will be possible according the cancellation policy of the activity.
    When will I receive my refund?
    The corresponding refund will be made between 24 and 48 hours from the cancellation of the activity through the payment method you've chosen to pay the booking.

    Once given the order, refunds made by debit / credit card may take 5 to 7 business days to appear reflected in your bank account and up to 30 days in the case of some foreign cards. Refunds made by Paypal accounts become effective in less than 24 hours.

    How does the rating system work?
    The travellers reviews are critical because they help to build confidence and security among our user @ s. Only people who have done the activity can leave a review of it.

    Our rating system consists of two parts:

    • Written Rating: is a review for a recent activity where you can write about the aspects that you want to stand out from the tour.

    • Stars: is a visual way to review the activity. You can put one to five stars, being 1 the lowest score and 5 the highest.

    Nattivus not proceed to remove the content you post on our website. However, we reserve the right to edit your content, if necessary, to correct grammatically or incorporate them into announcements and other activities.

    ¿How can I leave a review for an activity?
    One activity can be reviewed only by people who have enjoyed the activity. Once you will make a Nattivus tour you will leave a review and explain your experience. To do this simply answer the questions we sent in our valuation email, where you can write your opinion and rate the activity by assigning stars. Remember that 1 star is the minimum score while 5 is the maximum. You are not obliged to leave your review, but we will appreciate your opinion to help others travellers to make decisions and to improve our services. To leave a review for a recent activity, it’s important that you do not leave personally identifiable information in a review, like a person’s last name or contact details as these will be made public.

    If you do not find what you want we'll help you find the activity you are looking for. Just email us at info@nattivus.com explaining what you're looking for and we will get to work.
